The 26 rooms at La Mirande, luxury hotel in Provence, are an invitation to travel…  Each of them is dressed with its own printed canvas and offering a magical view over the Popes’ Palace.

Gourmet Restaurant – Michelin-starred Chef Florent Pietravalle

Since its arrival at La Mirande, luxury hotel in Provence in 2016, Florent Pietravalle has been awarded by many distinctions, amongst them a Green Star distinction (sustainable approach to gastronomy) from the Michelin Guide since 2021

Lunches and dinners are served in the Cardinal dining room, in the Salon in the garden ta the on the terrace at the foot of the Popes’ Palace. Private room Napoleon III for groups from 8 to 16 people

  • 2-course menu – 95 € (only for lunch on Thursday and Friday)
  • 3-course menu – 155 € par personne
  • 4-course menu – 195 € par personne

Bistro Restaurant – La Salle à Manger

Alternative Bistro, open 7 days a week.

Lunches and dinners are served in the salon Louis XV on the terrace nestled at the foot of the Popes’ Palace

  • Groups – from 105€ per person (3-course menu, water, wine and coffee)

La Table Haute – Table to be shared

In the friendly atmosphere of the old kitchen, the chef of the Table Haute cooks a 3-course menu back from the market in front of the guests, on a wood-burning stove back from the 1860,

Open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner (except July and August) – (also lunchtime for private parties)

Privatization up to 12 persons (10 minimum) – 130€ per person  (3-course menu, water, wine and coffee included)

Cooking & pastry classes are hosted by renowned chefs of Provence in the old kitchen installed in the medieval part of La Mirande according to our annual programme.

From 135€ per person (water, wine and coffee included) 

Exclusive cooking class (10 people minimum – 12 people maximum) – 150€ per person (water, wine and coffee included)

Wine Tasting

To be combined with a cooking class or can stand alone to explore a wine region or a particular domain in the presence of the winemaker.

Avignon & Provence – Travel diary

Avignon – Known for its cultural richness, its Provençal specialties, its episcopal complex with the Popes’ Palace, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Le Pont d’Avignon.

West – Great sites of exception with the aqueduc Pont du Gard, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Uzès, the Roman city of Nîmes.

East – L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, renowned town for its antique shops, the Luberon and its most beautiful villages of France (Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin) and many others…

South – The beauty of the Alpilles and its famous villages (Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence), the Roman city of Arles on the tracks of Van Gogh and the wild Camargue with the emblematic village of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.

A bit further, the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille; not to mention the beautiful sites of Cassis’ Coves.

North – Wine trail in Provence with the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape and so many other vineyards like Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise and Vacqueyras…  The city of Orange with its antique theatre as well as the splendor of the Mont Ventoux surrounded by its picturesque villages.
