Le Bistrot de Florent is the bistro alternative to chef Florent Pietravalle’s gourmet restaurant starred in the Michelin Guide 2025. Open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner can be taken in the "Salon Jardin", Louis XV style with its Venetian chandeliers; in the garden or on the adjacent terrace at the foot of the Palace of the Popes.
The garden of the hotel is a wonderful setting of hedges of various species, fruit trees, holm oaks, laurels, roses and kitchen herbs for the chef's needs.
Florent suggests a bistronomic cuisine; light and tasty. In a constant search for authenticity and good taste, La Mirande in Avignon has taken an ecological turn adopting organic products for its catering. Beautiful domains of Provence embellish the wine list.
