The gender equality index set up by the Ministry of Labour is one of the various measures provided for by the law of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future. This index aims to eliminate pay inequalities between women and men in France. Companies must achieve the 75/100 result, failing which they have three years to implement corrective actions. The 5 measurement indicators are as follows
- The gender pay gap
- The gap in the distribution of individual increases
- The gender pay gap in promotions
- The number of feminine employees who receive an increase when they return from maternity leave
- Parity among the ten highest paid employees
Our action
The company has been working for many years to create the conditions of attractiveness and development that allow women to progress at the same level of pay and career as men. These actions in favour of gender diversity and professional equality are an integral part of the company.
Our result
The result obtained by the company in respect of remuneration and items for 2023 amounts to 92 out of 100 points.
