Obviously La Mirande is the perfect place for weddings. But there is also added value in choosing in choosing La Mirande for small premium incentive conferences or meetings in Avignon. The soul-stirring environment motivates group members and is an excellent framework for team building or enhancing business relations.

The maximum capacity of our reception rooms is 50 participants in theatre style and 24 in board-room style. An elegant Napoleon III dining room, from the time one of the previous owner’s family became mayor of Avignon, seats up to 16 guests and the old kitchen dating from the 19th century, located downstairs in the servant’s quarters, can be privatized for memorable and entertaining evenings: the chef cooks in front of the guests.

Tailor-made luxury events, team buildings, incentives, showrooms, exhibitions, product launches and press conferences can be organised in the salons of La Mirande. The setting in the heart of Avignon’s historical center and in the shadow of the Popes’ Palace is unique.

La Table Haute

The Chef of La Table Haute cooks in front of the guests on a venerable wood stove around a large sycamore table.

La Mirande is very easy to access. Located less than 3 hours from Paris by TGV high speed train (Avignon TGV 6 km from the city center).

International Airport Marseille 84 km (1h) - International Airport Nice 260 km (2h30) - Avignon Provence Airport 11 km (20 min) - International Airport Montpellier 94 km (1h05 min). Private transfers can be organised.

Classical Concerts and Live Music Entertainment

The owners being a music-loving family, there have always been concerts at La Mirande. Paul Esswood, countertenor, Gustav Leonhardt, harpsichord, Hopkinson Smith, luth, Christophe Coin, cello, Véronique Gens, soprano, and more recently, Philippe Graffin, violin, Henri de Marquette, cello, Amy Norrington, cello, Natacha Kudritskaya, piano, and many others have honoured La Mirande with their memorable solo or chamber music performances. After the concert the audience and the artists share a convivial dinner. Immagine the pleasure to encounter these famous musicians on the intimate scale of a music room.

We will be of good advise for the most virtuoso music orchestras for all sorts of styles to animate private events before, during and after dinner. The excellence of the musicians allows a minimum of amplifying and great mobility. There is the possibility to privatize the ground floor for disco music (DJ) and, in case of exclusive use of the first floor the patio can be used as dance floor.
