The chef from La Table Haute leads the meal with the “apprentices”, who will enjoy these playful moments and taste the meal around the large sycamore table. Cooking classes can be combined with a wine tasting session, so that 12 people can join together for the meal. The tasting can be devoted to a particular appellation or estate, with the possibility of the winemaker being present.
